My record speaks for itself. But here’s a little insight into what makes me tick and what makes me a strong, successful representative and advocate for my clients.
Long before earning the RE/MAX Chairman’s Award for achieving more than 99 percent of my peers in 2013, I learned the fundamentals and graduated with honors from Texas A&M University. I received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in both marketing and management. While in school, I already got my start buying and selling personal property – an indication of what would be my calling, not just my career.
My first job out of college was in business process consulting, working through problem-solving strategies directly with high-level executives at large retail companies. That strong corporate background laid the groundwork for me in real estate in two core ways: It taught me how to cooperate with a vast array of people to accomplish goals together, and it gave me superior research, organizational and computer skills that keep me way ahead of the game.
An agent’s ability to adapt and understand other people’s perspectives is invaluable. It is the only thing that ensures you will be dealt with in a way that works for you. I get that all people are different, everyone needing to be dealt with in unique styles that will result in their ultimate satisfaction. I believe my superior commitment to communicating, listening and advising then positions me best to accompany you through these frequently complicated processes. And just as critical in my skill set is this: Agents need to connect well with or know how to handle other agents in negotiations, where agreements go way beyond numbers and fundamentally remain about people doing a deal.
To accomplish all that requires the proper information, of course. That’s where my research skills come into play. I am unfailingly prepared for every meeting – and not just with the requisite reference materials, but with creative ideas and discoveries. Much of my work in the corporate world was gathering the most relevant data and streamlining it for ready comprehension. Simply put, I know how to get what you need, get it across and get the job done.
I serve you – beyond the close of escrow. That approach, plus the dedication and integrity to back it up, is what I pride myself on. It has led me to the cover of Executive Agent Magazine in 2014, a feature in Los Angeles Magazine in 2013 and, far more important, all the client referrals in person or on Yelp! that leave me with unwavering confidence that the things I do are done as well as we all demand.
You are a client of mine beyond the close of escrow; I will always be here to serve you.
