Before putting a home on the market, I enjoy brainstorming with my client on what we can and need to get the home in top physical shape. I strategize on price, showing and scheduling. The goal is to list it at the right price to get it sold in a reasonable time. The right price is a number that is realistic and fits with the market comparables and supply of inventory. It is very important that we balance all of these factors to ensure we get the best price for the home.
At the end of the day, the selling of a home is about the owner’s goals and merging my expertise to get you where they want to be. I often say that my job is to give you all the information to make the best decision for yourself.
