When an owner is selling their home, it is to move on to a new chapter of their lives. I can geniunely say that I love being a process of helping a seller get there. Whether it be their primary residence or investment property, it helps them move forward. I am honored and take great pride in being a part of that process for an individual, couple or family.

I thrive and enjoy the art of marketing and negotiating most effectively to get my client’s homes sold for the most money. As a marketing major in college, I am able to use market your property most effectively through the right venues to ensure there is lot of traffic in your home. Many agents use marketing to market themselves, I use marketing to sell your home. The ultimate goal is to get as many buyer’s through your doors as the more people who see it, the more likely we’ll have a buyer, or two, or three…

Before putting a home on the market, I enjoy brainstorming with my client on what we can and need to get the home in top physical shape. I strategize on price, showing and scheduling. The goal is to list it at the right price to get it sold in a reasonable time. The right price is a number that is realistic and fits with the market comparables and supply of inventory. It is very important that we balance all of these factors to ensure we get the best price for the home.

At the end of the day, the selling of a home is about the owner’s goals and merging my expertise to get you where they want to be. I often say that my job is to give you all the information to make the best decision for yourself.
